Putting Down Community Organizers Minimizes Call to Service

The theme of the Republican party convention deals with service. But then why was it mocked by several key folks, most noteably in Palin's speech Wednesday night. Community organizers are in the forefront of change and looking out for little people. Apparently Republicans don't think highly of them or they wouldn't have been laughing out loud when Sarah Palin loudly mocked them for not having experience that would in any way be comparable to that of a small town mayor. Sadly this type of thinking will hurt a lot of people if it's in the White House any longer, since Bush shares the same point of view, just unsaid.
